### Get a Skeleton NFT

Every Character in QUBIT starts with a Skeleton NFT. This is the raw material for creating a fighter.

**• Get a Skeleton NFT and craft your own Chracter** \
→ Choose between a Skeleton NFT Pack (mystery) or a revealed Skeleton on the [marketplace](https://qubit-5.gitbook.io/qubit-whitepaper/nft-trading-and-marketplace).\
→ Packs give you a randomized Skeleton with unique class and rarity.\
→ Revealed Skeletons let you pick exactly what you want.\
→ Use your Skeleton to forge a custom Character.

### Open the QUBIT Creator Tool

Go to: <https://create.qubit.world>\
→ Connect your Immutable Wallet\
→ Select one of your Skeletons

### Mint (and own) your Qubit Character

Click Mint in the Creator Tool to mint your Character on-chain.\
→ Your Character becomes a playable NFT\
→ Inherits the class and base stats from the Skeleton\
→ Can be used in-game immediately\
→ Can be leveled up, customized, and upgraded—but never changed at the core

This is a one-time process. Once you hit 'Mint' your Character NFT is permanently created and stored in your on-chain wallet.&#x20;

### Showcase & Sell

Once minted, your Character can be:\
→ Played by you\
→ Listed on the marketplace for others to buy\
→ Showcased in your collection (collectors webpage)

Each character is unique. Some players buy Characters instead of crafting and minting their own. Creators can become true in-game asset designers!
