By bringing together creative and strategic minds, the Guild ensures that new content, character designs, and gameplay ideas come from players, not just developers. It allows QUBIT to grow organically, in tune with what the community actually wants to see, play, and build.

## What is the Creators Guild?

It's a growing community of:

* Designers – crafting stunning voxel characters and minting them as tradable Character NFTs
* Strategists – exploring how classes, spells, cosmetics, and meta mechanics interact and evolve
* World-builders – contributing narrative ideas, lore, and long-term vision for the QUBIT universe

## Flares as the Creators guild reward system

Guild members who actively participate in shaping QUBIT can earn [Flares](/qubit-whitepaper/token-and-economy/flares.md), the in-game token used to unlock upgrades, spell loadouts, cosmetics, and more.

Ways to earn Flares as a creator may include:

* Submitting featured or high-quality character designs
* Winning or placing in community creation challenges
* Contributing to Guild-led balancing or meta initiatives
* Participating in Guild-exclusive tasks and bounties<br>

Flares earned through the Guild are credited to your account or directly to the NFTs you worked on, adding lasting value to your contributions.
